Before You Visit

We check your insurance first Christine verifies what your plan actually pays before your appointment, at no charge. More on our insurance page.
Worth bringing Your insurance card, a list of current medications, any earlier hearing test results, and if you can, a family member or friend.
Allow about an hour A full hearing evaluation is painless, and we explain your results the same day rather than posting them out.
Please call a doctor first if Your hearing dropped suddenly over hours or days, is much worse in one ear, or comes with dizziness, ear pain or drainage. Sudden hearing loss is treated most effectively within 72 hours, so it should not wait for a routine appointment. Call us as well if you like — just do not let us delay that.
